Chinese Leather Industry which includes fur and meat

We watch the doleful, the soulful, the awful
The great pain and suffering coming to those
Strays from the streets
Stolen from backyards
Consigned to the leather trade
Now I suppose

Sitting in cages suffering badly
Watching the evil played out in their eyes
They sense the tumultuous
Hear all the agony
Pulsating beings who now realise

Their fate at the hands of the monsters
In China
Servants of corporate western stores here
Not paid a fair wage and so cutting corners
Increasing the evil and also the fear

Many have come from homes loved by people
Who lost them and realised what just might be
Dragged out and clubbed in front of each other
The blood and the snot and the filth
All can see

Behind Knightsbridge awnings
The corporate Jekylls hide in their boardrooms
Silently they
use an injunction
They have no compunction
They don’t feel or see
They are withering away

It’s all about profit and margins
And savings
And earnings it’s all about balance sheets they
Are drunk on the futures and the derivatives
As for the Chinese dogs
So what if they pay

They may have a pedigree dog in their own homes
They may have a wife with a cat
But in fact
They all are so dead as to how
They accumulate all of the wealth
As such do not react

Except with denial along with their customers
Rich born of taking advantage out there
Watching those faces not those in high places
But the poor dogs in China’s who reek of despair

You who would go there collecting their bags there
Supporting their evil
And seeing it grow
More and more cats and dogs
Stolen and ravaged
And murdered and beaten
You don’t want to know

It’s all about arrogance
It’s all about that shit
Pity it doesn’t come into their heart
The rancour and soreness
The gall and the bitterness
The virulent nature
Where do you start

Dry eyed and callous
Ruthless remorseless
Animal rights they are lost
For all time
In the puffing cigars and the
Olde XO cognac
These intolerable bastards are no
More than slime

We watch as the doleful look out
At the sinful
A bin full of parts
All the blood and the gore
Leather stripped off them
The wailing is dreadful
Anubis is steadying himself
And he starts
The millions of animals
Dying in China
So that the margins
They make here just grow

They are the cancer
That spreads through the planet
So many victims fall foul of that woe
Powerless to fight back
Powerless to motivate
They will be murdered
All part of the show

And the masses that wash
Though the rich streets of London
With designers bags
Packed to the hilt
Who tell us who stand their
demanding they listen
To all of the blood
That is now being spilt

To the agonised cries
To the woeful who lie
Bemoaning their lot and mourning
Their losses
They blubber and grizzle
And snivel and die

Utter despondency
Total rejection
Clearly dispirited
There’s no protection
Laws we have here
They do not have in China
So rich corporations
Go there and buy

And they put pressure on price
Be assured of that
So it’s the animals that have to pay
The rich have no thought
Have no care whatsoever
It’s the money they are making
That is their sport

What we have to do is wake up
To the moment
Forget about price
Where pain is involved
Forget about blaming the
Poor sods in China
That isn’t fair
And does not suffice

It’s the corporate grease balls
The rich and the famous
The big stores that make out
They offer white light
They are dark as can be
They stem from the evil
They are gutter dwellers
For goodness sake people
Think and you will see
