A certain wood dryad
Who lives in a yew
Such an ancient tree
From the trunk she can view
Dryads can talk to trees
And do and they
Know the ways of the forest
And from day to day
Realise the complexities
All so connected
The animal earthlings
The fungi detected
The green vegetation
The spirit life too
I know that that dryad
Happens to be you
Susan from Dexter
A land where the sun
Shines every day
It’s a land full of fun
Where the little lambs play
Where the little birds sing
Where the butterflies flutter
Such love she does bring
Happy birthday my lovely
Friend
