Zoo’s

Zoo’s are passed their sell by date

for me  these places are

just not fair to animals

really they are far

removed from what is nature

they are shipped across the seas

different climates different foods

and everyone agrees

a business model

won’t include life and death

for sure

animals are best left

where they were put

its to ignore

the principles of Nature

to move them to a cage

inprison them

forever

in an internal rage

frustrated lacking everything

they had come to need

to me a zoo is inpractical

and should not succeed

The Wolf in Denmark

now the bear

who ate a visitors coat and bag

and no one was aware

don’t tell me  he wasn’t hungry

if he wasn’t why would he

eat a bloody cat and bag

so visible to see

Zoo’s are passed their sell by date

the time has come to say

leave the feral animals where

they are born and that just may

save them from humanity

for humanity doessn’t care

it works on profit only

thus is can’t be fair
