Bodies

Bodies torn and tangled

corpses mown and mangled

calves completely,bundled

souls alas have trundled

waste just tossed

compassion lost

thrown into a box

maggot ridden

nothing hidden

blatantly exposed

broken little bodies

tragically now posed

to make those looking at them

as sad as they can be

these were healthy babies

ready to be free

ready for the green fields

ready just to play

but they were male calves

in the dairy

and they have to be thrown away

creation the elation

of miracles in store

the Dairyfarmer

is a harmer

with his own sick law

kill what can’t make money

he’s no prophet

he only wants more profit

death to humanity

human beings drink their milk

calves they have to die

human beings are an insult

thats why these calves die

the cereal manufacturers

and chocolate people do

sell the bloody milk abroad

and more calves die  its true

now there’s pus and chemicals

and ,lots more besides

human being make me puke

for their ignorance now hides

all these little babies

bodies in a bin

they had the wish for freedom

and got a share of sin

Great poem , really flows. We want the milk to just flow to those it was designed for ! x
