Farmers believe they are
hard done by
always complaining how their lives
are hard
but take a small piglet
whose being housed by them
what he or she goes through
a life that’s so scarred

from anything fair that’s my
estimation
its torture from day one
until it will be
trucked of to slaughter
no food and no water
and hung up and bled out
for eternity

first its ears v notched
its sensitive skin
identification oh yea such
a sin
to do this
it becomes extraordinarily sore
no painkillers
maybe a kick I m not sure

their testicles cut off with
a rusty plier
and pulled out
the pain of that
makes me perspire
thinking about Dr Death farmer he
performs this event
this dire surgery

no anaesthetic no bandage unclean
then its teeth chipped off
so painful so mean
no needles just picked up
and clipped
oh that fear
then tales docked
snip snip
to me its all clear

these are the babies
they feel all the pain
they suffer they squeal out
as their blood does drain
infections are rife
many will die
and this is just normal
and this is just why

farm animals don’t have
protection at all
Farmers can basically
smash them on the wall
and many are brutally beaten this
way
that’s what you get
the piglet does pay

a lot of your bacon
the farmers new jeep
the sherry the barbour
the wellies
not cheap
the animals get it
their fate’s in the bag
