No regard and no respect for anything
a rare albino moose a totem they
Nova Scotia must have hung its head in shame
when these 3 no goods didn’t stop to pray
the indigenous knew more than these 3 laggards
in Belle Cote forests it had lived for years
under the protection of the local Mikmaq tribe
a spirit animals so it appears
the ignorance concerning the trigger happy
the indigenous know things and we should too
but hunters have so little respect for anything that moves
they do not factor in the role of ancestors
because low life would not know what to do
ignorance is bliss some say but sadly
whether they knew or didn’t know
now they
realise their folly and will suffer for their
ignorance
and I am sure they will soon have to pay
lets hope their short euphoria was worth
the price for they
can ponder on that till it comes
it may sound like a trillion drums
their eardrums they burst and they
and in that moment they will pay
