Japan is lover of whaling
its the blood and the torture
and death
firing great harpoons
they wheel in their bodies
frantically choking for breath
blood spewing then every which way
this is the carnage that be
and though, the cove is known
all over the world
whaling goes on tragically
from Iwate and Miyago and Hokkaido
thousands of sea creatures die
the Dali porpoise thousands are taken
considering what they eat, why?
are they so decimating a species
to me its a vile waste of time
despite the Tsunami and now Fukashima
the numbers of dead climb and climb
the large carnivores are now laden
with mercury and PC’Bs
and probably caesium and lots besides
untested flesh if you please
the people apparently don’t get to know
the state of the food they consume
they are kept in the dark
and this whole whaling lark
is the greatest miasma of gloom
Sea Shepherd has followed the Jap boats
of course
into the Southern Ocean they go
on the pretence that they are purely scientific
its cods wallop as we all know
and now we hear thousands are dying
thousands more than we had thought
and Taiji has drawn the attention away
from what is an alarming sport
Japan I believe will not listen
their loss of face it will come
Fukashima is spewing out radio activity
and those creatures, are sharing some
consumers of that flesh will suffer
the Japanese better beware
or they will dying
much sooner than they think
and probably losing their hair
