Unwanted pets just disposed of in someone else’s yard and garden

You threw away your pet
it landed sadly in my yard
the pet carrier was open
it must have been real hard
for you to bring it to me
dump it and creep away
not knowing what might happen
well let me be allowed to say
we have her and we’re looking for her pups
we are not sure
when you dumped them
and why you dumped them
really to know what for
and how were you that heartless
to leave them as you did
alone you just disowned them
somehow in your bid
to wash your hands
of what was your responsibility
and walk away just feeling
a sense of sanity

to me your act was heinous
to me a sorry state
those pets of yours
were beside themselves
to be lost isn’t great
and just tossed into my flower bed
someone you didn’t know
it really is an unbalanced
thing to do
and suggest how low
you were
to even think of it
and carry out like this
anything might have happened
but for me the emphasis

was the lack of understanding
a mother with her new born
taken from the safety
of your home
that soul was torn
away from what she knew to be
safe for her babies and she
found herself in a foreign place
with no identity

I can’t imagine how she felt
its so beyond the pale
the inhuman state the potential fate
it presents an awful tale
I hope you may just see this post

and possibly the buzz

might reach your evil ears
and let you know just how I feel
picking up the pieces
which clearly do reveal
how cowardly and how sick you are
that whimpering soul you left
was clearly shocked and frightened
and now she is bereft

of her babies they have crawled away
or been eaten, I don’t know
but I will not now stop looking
till they kind of show
she seems to act as though
they are around lets hope they are
for having tiny souls on your conscience
forever would surely scar

your miserable life for ever
wondering how they died
crawling along in the wet dark sod
with their safety being denied
