and to the sea life and creates
but tragically that should never be

NPK was never really only
what the plants required
but of course then we
are arrogant as the day is long
and the effect on wild life
was to
change the Crown of Thorns
and now we see

so many of them breeding
bloody everywhere
creating holy shit
so hungry, they
gobbling up the creatures
on the reef, the barrier reef
that is what is happening to day

corals are reduced
to whitish skeletons
die off is a problem
for us all
the Crown of Thorns is
now able to devastate
phosphorus and nitrogen
a trawl

across the living corals
makes it obvious
if this keeps on
the reef will die away
and its because of man
and all his chemicals
and for his arrogance
he has to pay
