when it comes to feeding the animals

Hard times
are getting closer
to some
the money’s tight
and when this happens
sometimes
some don’t know just what’s
right!
and the voiceless get forgotten
its not that people are
cruel, in fact
its just they lose it
they can see no star
guiding them, and they shut down
depression takes a hold
sleep packs up
drink takes over
in their pain
their rolled

that’s when a need is key
to feed the cats and dogs
that may otherwise be
neglected kicks in,so that’s a
good idea
provides the key
animals get fed each day
paid for by those
who can
till people get back on their feet
all part of Marco’s plan
