The Borg and Hive collection intensifying the mood to de list all wolves all over the US

Its morally incumbent of officialdom to seek
at least an understanding
that isn’t going to reek
displeasure in the Natural World
whatever possibly
though some do feel so strongly
that they have a right to be

fair which is what I see here
in this American affair
when honestly towards wolves
they are blatantly unfair
which revolves around the habitat
clearly it looks set
to be a messy battle
neither side seem met

on a concilitary conclusion
they know not how to see
but wolves are always hesitant
its their nature to be free
to be guarded in the way they
live and roam the countryside
that I believe is their nature
and on that, success does ride

and though it appears testing
there are friends, out there, who
believe that wolves deserve a place
and will do what they can do
the haters and there are some
have influence and power
they would like to finish off the wolf
make it realise the hour

was fast approaching when
all wolves would surely have been slain
right across America
their blood would soonest drain
away and be a memory
its the ranchers now who seek
the wildness of the habitat
with cattle at their peak

this rallying of troops
the hive collection and the rest
will intensify which is now why
what I think is best
is those of us who care
who really care for wolves must try
to lobby, write petitions
and not give up, its why

some of us have that feeling
that the wolf must stay around
creation deems him paramount
at least that is the sound
I hear above the raucous cries
those people who exclaim
the wolf has had its day
the wolf’s the one we blame

but prejudice can lead to conflict
that is when the meek
not absolute but in this context
the minority may seek
the suffering of the wolves
for they are never really free
always on the look out
ears pricked,for man, for he
is now their greatest enemy
his presence really key

key to their survival
they must feel this for they
have been put down
for all of time
and they cannot get away
from the prejudice and hatred
that follows them about
some clearly have respect
for them
and some have lots of doubt

and some are really anti
and clearly the wolves know
you don’t live in the wild world
and not realise, and so
there exists this kind of stand off
the wolves have to survive
against a powerful enemy
who seemingly would strive

to see their end
and legislature appears to follow suit
the profit and the ranchers
fears are at the root
and many seem recalcitrant
they go back on their word
the old rock and the hard place
and the heart feels stirred

but wolves have seen this all before
each crisis seemingly
they have overcome and
will again because it has to be
they are, who they are
and to just destroy them
would be wrong
and the Universe will be clearly
watching its wild throng
there’s a vastness and much meaning to existence
in the wild
and the wolves are an integral part
and their importance has been filed
