A man is made up of Two wolves

Inside of us
we have two wolves
a good wolf
and a bad
so says the Cherokee teachings
inwardly we had
a battle on our hands
which kind of takes control
are we angry
are we jealous
are we greedy
or all soul
joyful
peaceful
loving
its dependant
I would say
on who we meet
and who we
fall in love with
that’s as may
it may not be the Cherokee
Philosophy but I
can see
both wolves
when I look in the mirror
and I try
to always now be joyful
and a little sweet
not as sweet as syrup
but the best guy
in the street
