Monte Belo Dam in Brazil

The Indigenous
are CRYING
The Belo Monte Dam
Will decimate their
homes and lands
and the Xingu River
slam
the corporations stand
to make a killing
Destruction is the order
of their day
40,000 people
are to be displaced
their lives all torn a’sunder
any way.

pressure is now being applied
to Judges
Dilma says the dam
must go ahead
the environment means nothing
to Corporations
40,000 people as much as dead
the monsters they want
all that we have
fought for
our land
our homes
our rights
so they can earn
they will tear down
our forests
they will now dam
our rivers
and watch all of us
indigenous
then burn
they do not care one peso
for the people
they’re there to make
a killing and be gone
The Belo Monte Dam
is the beginning
of the war against the
corporates now upon

The whole planet
