I have to say
I listen to my dear friend Udo
Boiling oil this way
Is tantamount to stupid
The Certifiers should
Ban it!
Stop processing virgin oil
Now, and they could
Stop it overnight for its
Unhealthy to be sure
And BHT affects the Liver
It gives us what for
It is banned thank goodness
In Organic foods but still
We should make it clear
That boiling virgin oil
Could kill
