The Sage

Have faith lad said the old sage
Nothing that you do
is impossible
not if you want to
really truly do
something
the foundation stone
of Eastern religious thought
biological and physiological
a strictness which import
dietetic principles as an
integral part
without these you are doomed
he said
like a body with no heart

Western theologians
think less of what I say
and pay the price and suffer
some never found the way
The Tao, The Zen
Vendanta
neglect the true regime
sadly the want of men
who sadly tend to dream
Thank you master I got up
and took his faith to me
judgment rises in one’s heart
a foundation and a key
a grain of brown rice
has so much the infinite
the wise
infinite freedom to express
and then to realise.

Note 35,000 genes in brown rice
25,000genes in us
