My thoughts on Banksters bonuses

He came in as their saviour and as their saviour he
Wanted a huge financial reward they called it, salary
For not a lot of excellence a further million quid
In shares thats what these people want
And his knighthood lifts the lid
On what could be now described as a touch unsavoury
I mean to say he’s a public servant who
Is keeping his great pot of money stacked up to the sky
Whilst so many lose their livelihoods and more are wondering why
The Bank made a real pigs ear of the business
and was bailed out by the Public Purse, but he
Wants to line his pockets with a lot more of the money
Whilst so many are now suffering poverty
We hear that he was due for double that amount
And only Osborne had the clout to say
Look old man you haven’t worked the oracle
so how the hell do you think its right we pay
You so much despite the so called contract
Its on the cards,  a knight oh no sir nay!
These people are beyond themselves in arrogance
Like vultures tearing flesh off carrion, they
Have no qualms about
fighting for the best bits
as long as they are full when they fly away
The country though is struggling through recession, people’s belts are as tight as they can be
A 1/4 of the Youth to date are unemployed
And these darned individuals greedily
Help themselves to what is froth a blowing
Off the ale that few around can drink
And they wonder why the Nation is so sick of what they do
And why so many now kick up a stink
Strip him of his knighthood
And find out who agreed
He should be knighted and for what
And do this with good speed.
