Sea the truth a film I watched Today

2/3rds of this planet is ocean
Filled up with immeasurable wealth
But man un kind tragically
Isn’t perceptive enough
And prefers to use stealth
His industrial brain has worked overtime
Designing industrial ways
of catching huge numbers of earthlings
It has been a murderous phase.

Competition with Nations to catch more and more
Seine nets and Long Lines, and Trawlers galore
The awful destruction, the terror it causes
“Hiroshima” day in day out and
no pauses
Every conceivable creature is crushed
With Man unkind clueless, no doubt
Driven by money, and profit and blinded
By what some were putting about.

They ripped off each other what else could they do
By catch went back in the sea
dying too
The scramble for stocks all they wanted we know
And this death and destruction continued to grow
100 million tonnes caught every year
a 1/3rd of it crushed into meal
Fed back to farmed fish, to chickens and pigs
What a terrible waste but so real

With all of our so called computers
And our brains so extended we make
Terrible errors leading to terrors
And many their hearts now do break
At the needlessly cruel death of oceans
Great seas of plastic that be
Now being eaten by fish, floating toxics
Its madness that’s definately.

And beaches are covered in jetsum
Bottles and crates everywhere
People don’t see a shared planet
the sea is their dustbin, unaware
It sinks and its gone, from the simpletons mind
Till some fish that he eats comes along
And swallows the shit that he’s slung in the sea
So many are doing it wrong

The kit that they have in their head
Has been mortally damaged
sadly by what they have ate
The mercury, PCB’s and all the lead
They too have paid a terrible debt
Its not just the fish in the oceans
But their own sick and warped little minds
The burgers, the sausages and the dead animals
They were not aware, of the signs

Despite Science warning
The Governments still
Refused to set limits
They won’t now until
The oceans have died
And the fish have died too
And the carbon collection
is gone what to do?

The predator fish
are dying like flies
jam packed with mercury
Thats a surprise
For the people who eat fish
Its toxins galore
And still we are told
Eat some more
Eat some more

For that Omega 3
But a fish let me say
is 3% oil only
So needs to pay
20 kilo’s of fishes
Are wasted so you
can have flexible joints
and good temperament too

One litre of oil
creates so much strife
Just imagine the earthlings
losing their life
Its madness personified
But you see they
Government yes they
take taxes away

Profits are made
The parasites earn
And the fish and the people
They bloody well burn
But oceans are dying
There is now no doubt
To be VEGAN is something
the world should now shout

To the heavens
for goodness sake
What we now do
Is kill off the planet
and the creatures too
Long lines thats
thousands of hooks everywhere
Turtles and sharks
and Dolphins despair

24 hours till some die
in great pain
Long lines are evil
laid by the insane
so much notoriety
cruel to a tee
The great Trawler hordes
Are killing the sea

There’s so much on the sea=bed
every soul
crushed and smashed into a soup
no control
of the waste, of the way
Fishermen do their stuff
Fish do feel pain
and enough is enough!

Caught in great nets
Packed together and crushed
Its agony for them
its wrong but its hushed
up, people forget, what life is about
Till they lose a child
or a friend, then they shout

But the cow in their sausage
the fish on their plate
Or the pig in their pie
Well that just tastes great
What hell they went through
Being factory bred
Death at the hands
Of the slaughterhouse, led

a few to think kindly
the rest turn away
Leaving vegans to
take on the burden each day
The oceans are dying
The coral is gone
The fishes are crying
Whats going on
I’ll tell you
the corporate fishermen, they
are dragging the oceans of
life everyday
The dioxins, the pesticides
and DDT
Fire retardents,
endocrine disrupters
you see
and the fishes are eating it
blood sweat and gore
And some of us eat them
brain dead and more
The oceans are dying
whose keeping the score?
By my, arithmatic
it won’t take long
30 years possibly
Hope I am wrong
