Its going to be hard to ban this Foie Gras
For the rich and famous tragically desire
The big shops love to sell it
And the French and others make it
There’s a lot of profit
In it,but a fire
Burns hotter in the hearts of many activists
Who see it as a vile and awful food
Force feeding Ducks and Geese
The practice now must cease
But where there’s money
It matters not how crude
The practice is
Ramming tubes hard down their throats
And pumping in the corn until
they cry
Till their livers grow to a grotesque size
and are pumped with fat
The truth is tragically the birds
are fed like this until the day they die
Fatty Liver thats the mean translation
A diseased liver brought on
by the way
We fed them, and we ill treat them
tortured all of their short lives
And many diners possibly may pay
Not only the exorbitant price
their charging them, but the fact
that its a most unhealthy food
I’d say
Karmically to order it must sadly weigh
against you
I do believe this product is as crude
As anything that’s out there in the market place
it puts in question processing for me
Torture and the the way these birds are treated
For them death must be welcome can’t you see?

It is something we should ban now right away
