a bull is tied by a short rope
to a pole, a village scene
mostly men are standing around
watching the affray
as 2 men with machetes
chop and chop away
the bull is in desperation
he’s running around the pole
trying to escape the agony
that has become his role
as an animal what has he done
to be slaughtered in this way
to be laughed at as he
gets chopped up
as he has to pay
the men with their machetes
each chops as he goes by
with all their might they chop him
look into his eye
people they take photographs
others look to be
joyful and triumphant
as the poor soul tragically
takes blow after blow
his head is almost gone
but still he walks around the pole
clearly now upon
his instincts he is moving
and still they smash and cut
no compassion for a soul
whose clearly in their rut
no empathy no love, no care, no thought
for what they do
the suffering, the anguish
its really cut into
me, I just feel sick
I can’t believe what I now see
how cruel these Chinese villagers are
what do they hope to see
the severity, the adversity
the wickedness what gain
these men all standing witnessing
they must be all insane
they must be fucking monsters
there just is no excuse
this is unbelievable
such terrible abuse
and the bull it kept on going
it must have been distraught
it must have thought it could get away
oh goddess it was caught
up in the sheerest horror
that any soul could be
captured by such maniacs
as ever you could see
I never will forget this
the wretchedness ,oh dear
everyone of those sick sods
should be taken away from here
and put against a wall and shot
for clearly they are gone
they are never human
and thus should not, be upon
this mortal coil another minute
and, that poor sad soul
suffered how it suffered
when these fiends lost all control
