Pet dog caught in a conibear trap just left somewhere

Look at that poor creature
a conibear trap snapped
across his face
such a disgrace
and the pain as this
steel wrapped
around his head
so viciously
the dog it had no hope
leaving traps around the place
imagine how we’d cope
with our dog was looking up at us
bleeding from his eyes
whimpering and shaking
about to realise
the rainbow bridge was calling him
a young soul in his prime
and all because of a arse hole
of a trapper who with his grime
and filthy heart s unthinkingly
of what or who may find
this contraption of evil
that would blow another’s mind
they should all be illegal
and trappers who do place
them just where they think they can catch
something
they have to face
a hefty prison sentence
a very hefty fine
and their mug shot in the paper
now wouldn’t that be fine.
