it heals and it strengthens

good for the skin

and  Bronchial Asthma

and it helps to get thin

Good for leg sores

You find them in May

the first herb of Spring

when it’s needed,  they say

It grows,  it is magical

clusters are found

With a sweet little flower

just add to a salad

and just feel  you are bound

for a magical time

seeing faeries awhile

with some fresh  chanterells

sat alone on a stile

hearing a flute

from an elder maybe

in the quiet of a wood

so melodiously.
