Why is it special needs children
Are put up for adoption
Or fostering is it that their
parents cannot cope
And this being the case
What restrictions are there if any
On fostering somehow this man
Did it at a pace

6/8 children each time
He fostered
At 18000 dollars he was paid
Not in any employment
He was self employed
A big detached house
Several cars
And apparently overjoyed

Some children have come forward
Now complaining
How they were so abused when in his care
Beaten up and made to eat up off the floor
Punished stood out in the cold aware

It seems that this was not the right way
To bring up children clearly often they
Were starved a while to get them to do chores for him
Something very strange there one can say

Didn’t the various authorities go and check him
How can he look after so many and
Earn so much each monthfor doing this
Clearly there is something wrong
Someone somewhere is taking the piss

Bail is set at 500,000 dollars
If convicted 50 years could be
He stay in gaol so clearly he is likely
To die in gaol and never again be free

Heinous abuse the papers say
And nobody took it upon Themselves to report
The neighbours must have heard and seen what was happening
Dumbed down or clearly in their own world caught

Now the various authorities are checking
Someones head should roll for clearly here
All those children placed there with a monster
Who also abused the dog which does seem clear

Its all hearsay at this very moment
But no police have ever been there he
Mucked about with cars or so the neighbours say
Imagine all those children tragically
Lost souls from the offing
Placed in bis hands
It takes ones breath away
To even feel
The wrath of man un kind and what has apparently
Going on there
For if its what they say
He did conceal

So much and the shit must hit the fan now
The authorities must investigate and see
How he came to look after so many special needs
And what became of them eventually
