Slaughterhouses

Mindlessness brainlessness
The unsound minds are everywhere
Bring in the cattle so morose
The evidence the final dose
Of husbandry of farming
Of profiteering too
Hearsay becomes larceny
Seductive and on view

The certainty of torture
Weaponry and blood stained walls
The stench of death
The dying cries
One after another
Forgoing breath
Snorting and tearful
Gurgling throats
Muzak blaring
Lambs and Goats
Sickening noises
Blood and snot
Mucus gristle fat and grot
Grotesque effigies
Stench and stink
Congealed scabs
A missing link

An insanity a lunacy
Pale faced blood soaked
Therapy
Screwballs nutjobs
Beating hard
On poor bruised heads
Wounded and scarred

Panting sighing
Staring dying
Blood is gushing
Oblivion rushing
Recollection mystery
Resignation history
