ISlamabad
An elephant
Feels really sad
28 years chained by his feet
He weaves a lot
For they have him beat

Still responsive
Though in some shock
The overwhelming neglect
Would knock
Any soul and make them feel
The time was ripe
Now to reveal

Heartaches and damnation
Grief
Pain infact beyond belief
The chains dig into flesh and bone
Wounds that suppurate
This known
Nobody helps him
No one to care
They are beyond
Being aware

A sufferer a victim he
A down trodden specimen he be
Angst ridden and stressed
Fatigued with woe
Despairing few could watch
His show

Imran Khan I beg of you
Its a harrowing sight
Inside that zoo
A fading beauty
No where to go
Who needs your help Sir
And now you know

I hope you will see to it
Someone goes
Gives him hope
Lets him suppose
His endurance has now seen him through
