Taiji murder on the high seas

The pilot whales and dolphins
Are mammals that so feel
The fear in them the terror
The hopelessness is real
Their minds are vastly superior
To the vile men of Taiji
We can see the consternation
From these beings from the sea

Whole families butchered violently
Daughters in front of sons
Mothers in front of fathers
Despite their desperate runs
Swimming in each others blood
And snot and sinew they
Scream out their last messages
On any given day

Recently the pilot whales
Have taken such a hit
Forced to labour night and day
With all this Taiji shit
Coming down on all of us
Witnessing the pain
Ominous and direful
Driving them insane

Driven into sea pens
And kept there overnight
Not fed left to wither
We all know thats not right
This is the vilest torture
The promise of such pain
These evil goings on continue
And happen again and again

The Japanese are ruthless
They are hard beyond their heart
Their imprudence and indiscretions
The couldn’t care less and they start
Selecting for the butchering
Gaffing some who see
Their brothers and their auntie’s
Bleeding terribly

The hopelessness the comfortless
Alone against them, they
Are driven to despair they are
Poked fun at all the way
These souls are deep their affection
For each other is beyond the pale
Beyond the realms of the taiji folk
Who repulsively prevail

The grieving and the sorrow
The weeping wailing songs
Doleful looking wretched
So unhappy at the wrongs
Perpetrated by this band
Of ruffians this day
Who turn the salty ocean
Into a crimson spray

The blue of joy and pleasure
The red of vilest pain
The placid and unworried
With everything to gain
Stripped down to their very bones
Their hearts torn clear and free
Broken and lost forever in a cloud
Of lethargy

Its really hard to imagine
How fear does grip one’s soul
The infliction and prostration
The truly accursed role
Fear plays in their mindset
These are thinking caring folk
All harrowed and with many bleeding
Murdered at a stroke

Having to swim in each others blood
The ordeal of hell and pain
Loved ones torn to shreds beside you
Purgatorial disdain
Martyr’s in the moment
Angst beyond belief
Misbegotten and ungraceful
Unprepossessing grief

And all the while the banger boats
The skiffs the evils cry
The gaffs are in the water
The frogmen too do ply
Wrestling and man handling
It all erupts in fear
This is what its all about
As the devil does appear

To those exalted beings
Pure angels of the sea
An eminence and distinction
Of such sublimity
Renowned for saving others
Their laurels are their own
Revered by all and sundry
And ennobled by their tone
