Rendering

It happens every moment of each day
to little chicks
but then they only have one heart
we would all be dicks
to lose sleep over fluffy little birds
but a full grown cow
now that’s a different matter
even, trolls ask how

that renderers could do this
but there’s clearly some now who
might book their first class ticket
to the Hell hole
for each moo
as she is rolled and shredded
are there words out there
is this not a journey
to the most utter despair

watching it you feel it
you are sickened to the core
why would man un kind be so damn
awful and ignore
why would he deem to do this
why would he its so bad
because clearly its easier
and that just drives me mad

the rolling and the desperation
of that poor cows face
as she is sucked down rapidly
its the pits of the human race
we can all kneel down and vomit
for what this cow went through
the torture must have been immense
she was pulverized into goo

along with cats and dogs
and flesh from here and flesh from there
with collars and leads and stuff that bleeds
it bloody well ain’t fair
but these are called derivatives
and end up in our cans
of pet food you can bet your lucky stars
cooked up in pans

with all sorts added to it
its no wonder our pets turn
their noses up at what we give them
for perhaps they yearn
for fresh fish even road kill
anything but this
rendered god knows what’s inside
but far removed from bliss
