Its oh! so true Mark Twain was
\na man whose perceptions clearly were
\nfar in excess of so many
\nso with his statement I do concur
\nthe animals are gentle and caring
\nhow they care
\nand how they are generally
\ntreated
\ndrives me to despair
\nanimals now eaten
\nhave few real rights for they
\nare bright and oh! so perfect
\nin every single way
\nbut are given little credence
\nand an awful lot of pain
\nand this is so unfair for me
\nand dear Mr Mark Twain
\nthey have so much to offer
\nthey are anything but dumb
\nit appears a trait of humans
\nwho themselves can become numb
\nto an animals perceptions
\nand intelligence, for they
\nare arrogantly stupid
