The shale gas bubbles
\nfloating in the minds of some who feel
\nthe need to offer up the fine investment
\nbut conceal
\nthe exaggerated profits the ratio’s don’t stand

its all too good it seems it was
\nthe herd mentality
\ninvestment does come at a price
\nprofitability
\nis now deep in that melting pot
\nits because oil price is high
\nthat it gives the lead
\nto the gas brigade

some have flipped their leases
\nthat appears to be
\na way out
\nand forget the drilling
\nthat shows
\nyou you can see
\nalready its going pear shaped
