Its a picture of joy
\nto behold for this group
\nare babies with mothers and they
\nare feeding and living their lives to the full
\nwhich is what seals do everyday
\nits idyllic the loveliness it overflows
\ntranquillity seen from afar
\nit is so enchanting
\nthe skeleton coast
\nwhere this little group clearly star<\/p>\n
then comes the dark realization
\nNamibia has sold its soul
\nto the highest bidder
\na fur trading sod
\nwho buys infant skins
\nthat his role
\nhe doesn’t care, one iota
\nfor babies, for mothers
\nfor joy
\nhe deals in blood snot and sinew
\nand Namibian’s then they employ<\/p>\n
louts with sticks to go and do it
\npulverize this family group
\nsmash them to pieces
\nslaughter them all
\nand do it, in one sick troop
\nthe babies are nursing, no matter
\nthe sticks rain down onto their head
\nsplattering brains every which way
\nsoon everyone of them’s dead<\/p>\n
this evil this harshness
\nthis heartlessness
\nthey all were innocent souls
\ncreated to live out their lives
\nnot be slaughtered
\nthat was not to be their roles
\nthe sands are now smothered in
\nsinew and blood
\nand the work to redress this
\ngoes on
\ncovering the evidence
\nwith the bulldozers
\ntill the blood and the snot
\nis all gone<\/p>\n
then back come the tourists
\nto the sanctuary
\nand marvel at seals on the sand
\nthis the deceit a deplorable feat
\nwe grieve but they can’t understand<\/p>\n
how anyone could be so evil
\ncould make contract with people who
\ntake every pelt that is offered
\nand do just whatever they do
\nthe sight of sweet babies coughing up blood
\nand milk from their mothers, to me
\nit sickens the soul there is really no role
\nin life that ever should be
\nfalling to this vilest level
\nintoxicated with blood cash
\nwhere you would do anything
\nanything at all
\neven to bloody well bash
\nthe life out of babies
\ninnocent babies
\nblind to the evils of man
\nwho wait for their mothers
\nto feed them and end up
\nsmashed into seal jam<\/p>\n
I sit here
\nand look at that picture
\nI know what I see
\nand I know
\nwhat is to happen
\nits totally wrong
\nand the fear and the pain
\nit does grow
\nin all of those who now bear witness
\nfor insanity rules here for sure
\na picture of joy
\nand of naturalness
\nin seconds a landscape of gore<\/p>\n
a zone where the devils
\nwould feast on the souls
\ntear them apart for their skin
\nthis is a vile nasty filthy affair
\nborn out of frailness and sin
\nthose who earn money from doing this
\nwill rot in hell do be aware
\nno god will turn aside and let this happen
