To live on this revolving ball
\ntogether
\neach within the whole a space we share
\ngravity has made the whole thing possible
\nthe ether in so many ways aware
\nmany of us hopeful of assisting
\nin what is such a positive regard
\nto look upon this planet
\nand those we have come to know
\non face book and on twitter
\nwhere we’ve starred<\/p>\n
in the greatest possible
\nnarrative that ever
\ntopped the screens of life
\nfor what we’ve done
\nis come together to meet
\nperhaps the maker
\nwe all are makers
\nunderneath the sun<\/p>\n
each to our own striving
\nto make this world
\na better place
\nfor every living soul
\nevery single earthling
\nthat we share this planet with
\nto try and give them
\nall back some control<\/p>\n
this is not a desert where resentment
\nand aggression forces some os us to cry
\nthis is a shared environment
\nof wonderment
\nwhere souls are born
\nand other souls must die
\nbut it isn’t and it musn’t
\nbe a war zone
\ngreed so in abundance
\nmust be checked
\nwe all can take a little
\nand give back much much more
\nshare the wealth
\nshare the health
\nand work within the law<\/p>\n
The natural world is bountiful
\nwe have the wind and rain
\nwe have the sun the forest
\nthe oceans and we’ve lain
\ntogether in the ether
\nacross the great terrain
\nover mountains under the earth
\nwhere each of us did gain<\/p>\n
a friendship we clasped hands together
\nand our hearts are one
\nwe understand the principles
\nand each of us has done
\nsomething to reach out to all
\nand sundry and we share
\nhappiness and tearfulness
\nand just being more aware<\/p>\n
for my part I#m a poet
\nand a speaker and I know
\nI do not need a microphone
\nI speak and I can show
\nso many what I am feeling
\nthe ether is the tool
\nto all my friends who know me
\nevery time I call<\/p>\n
I dedicate this poem
\nto all of you today
\nour vision is a shared one
\nfor we have found a way
\nof communicating avidly
\nof doing what we feel
\nof really making a difference
\nfor us its is for real<\/p>\n
the earthwillkeep on turning
\nday and night we share
\nevery place we go to
\nwhen we are aware
\nof the beauty and simplicity
\nthen we have found our goal
\nbe it by the sea or walking free
\nwe all share the same soul<\/p>\n
respect is what we offer
\nlove is how we care
\ntears we have them sometimes
\nlike raindrops in the air
\nsmiles we have them often
\nstress we share that too
\nthe animals the various peoples
\nall do what we do<\/p>\n
lets come together all of us
\nlets show each other we
\nlove this planet and each other
\nevery plant and tree
\nevery single insect
\nevery single bird
\nevery solitary single soul
\nthat ever there could be<\/p>\n
lets see them as equal
\nlets all offer love
\nlets wait for that tender hand
\nthat comes from up above
\nwe all have sky to look at
\nwe all know light and day
\nwe all share sleep and loving thoughts
\nand to each other say<\/p>\n
thankyou just for being there
\nfor giving and receiving
\nfor loving and for caring
\nand for sharing and believing
\neverything is everyone’s
\nthe planet we all share
\ncommitting to safeguarding it
\nand just being more aware<\/p>\n
will propel us into the future
\nin a wonderful display
\nof caring and of sharing
\nand let us all now say
\ntogether one huge family
\nwith likes and dislikes, we
\nare in it now to improve it
