Live exports are now something
\nof an anathema
\nlogically it makes no sense at all
\nbut logic doesn’t come into the
\nequation
\nthe trucks transport
\nand of course there is a wall
\nof silence and the police
\nare there to see the plans
\nare carried out
\nand all the sheep are shipped
\nacross to France
\nthe corporations have the power
\nand money and if they can
\nyou bet they are going to
\nflout
\nalways pushing boundaries
\nits money
\nits profits
\nits their margins
\npersonally I
\ncouldn’t care a
\nmonkeys about their profits
\nits a uncompassionate
\nbusiness which is why<\/p>\n

These animals are alive
\nand they need feeding
\nand watering and care
\nalong the way
\nbut basically because they are off
\nto slaughter any of those add on
\ntake away
\nmoney for the shareholders
\nthat’s tragic!
\nyou build into price
\nthe shipping terms
\nyou cannot treat them
\nas if they are already dead
\nand as regards the shippers
\nall these firms
\nhave to come to terms
\nwith more compassion
\ntaking care of animals
\nto me
\nis really part and parcel
\nof the system
\nand live exports really
\nand truthfully shouldn’t be
\nshipments from the UK
\nto the port and onwards
\ntake many hours
\nand this will cause much stress
\nwhat we have to do is ban live exports
