\nwhy they just continue

\nin what is surely torture in a tin

\ndiseased, fatty livers
\nknown, yes as Foie gras<\/p>\n
Ducks and Geese
\nare our victims
\nand victims they sure are
\nin these vile torture chambers
\nthese innocent souls we scar
\nforever
\nthere’s no rhyme or reason
\nto inflict such pain
\nsuch evil and such agony
\nfor our financial gain<\/p>\n
it is, wholly unpleasant
\nfor anyone to say
\nto ever try to argue
\nthat actually it does pay
\nit exacerbates the torment
\nby thrusting metal pipes
\ndown the birds throats daily
\nfor them ongoing gripes<\/p>\n
that grip their entire being
\ntheir throats too so inflamed

\nwe carry on the violence

\nthese pipes are thrust down

\nfrom fear from abject pain
\nbut the process of gavage goes on
\nwe have to be insane
\nto even contemplate this treatment

\ntheir livers swelling day by day

\nten times their normal size in fact
\nwe, induce disease
\nby torture this is evil
\nall must realise to please
\na few deluded gourmands
\nwe give our souls away
\nwe block our ears to screaming
\nand cover our eyes
\nand play
\ninto the hands of the torturers
\nwho do it night and day
\nthere really is no let up
\nthese earthlings take the hit
\nforced to stand on wired floors
\nthat let their bloodied shit
\nfall beneath their feet to
\ncreate smells they cannot sit
\nand so they stand and defecate
\nin areas unlit
\nand are constantly force fed
\nuntil their livers swell
\nor until they just fall dead
\nulceration is no salvation
\ndisillusionment it grows

\nhoping someone will hear
\nand stop this distasteful
\npractice and put an end to fear

\nthose birds we mistreat to such an extent
\nto outwardly abuse
\na living breathing earthling
\nas we allow others to do
\nis beneath us we are as guilty
\nand must stand in the dock too
\nand answer to creation
\nwhy we stooped so low
\nwhy we let this substance drag us
\nwas this a place to go
\nhumanity will look upon the vanquished
\nand will say
\nwhat we created and allowed to happen

Brake Brothers have just
\nrealised, they have seen the light
\nbut Fortnum and Mason still hold out

\nthey believe they sell the finest

many of us who now know how this stuff is made
\nwe feel for all those victims
\non the long foie gras parade

\nthey pass on, murdered by
\nevil dreadfully deluded souls
\nwho probably can’t cry
\nwho probably are dead themselves
\nthe heart Departments dry
\nbut that’s no reason to continue

and so I appeal to this famous store
\nto reach into its heart
\nforget the deluded punters
\ndon’t let them impart
\ntheir ignorance and arrogance
\nand try to drive your soul
\ninto the vile abyss
