\nBut really who is fooled
\nThe foreigners may use this term
\nand believe it
\nBut honestlly with visions overhauled
\nHow can they venture into pristine forest
\nand destroy
\nCut great swards,seek just rewards
\nWith the low life they employ.<\/p>\n

The homelands are these forests
\nThe places we all share
\nWe have no call to ever, disown
\nOthers of us there
\nOur lungs are being choked up
\nBy the rich man’s quests for oil
\nHe brings to us his cancer
\nAnd expects for us to toil
\nGreat tankers trundle down our paths
\nTearing up our land
\nPulling tree roots straight
\nout of the plot to understand
\nTearing down the canopy
\nAnd hearing those who die
\nThe gifts left by the great Gods
\nWe guardians on high<\/p>\n

Black gold the fat cat millionaires
\nTheir great cranes crush and tear
\nTrucks that smash our precious crops
\nand threats to come and scare
\nBlinded ever blinded they let the forest die
\nKill it with their massive force
\nrained down from the sky
\nThe more they take the more they want
\nThe more they strip away
\nOur top soils and our banked up verges
\nthey just slip away
\nDown into the river
\nOur village in decay.<\/p>\n

Where is their precious territory
\nPeru has been bought by
\nThe dollar barons creatures sent from Satan
\nthe most high
\nEvil to befall us all
\nWe appear, sunk to see
\nHordes of ants now working
\nfor the oil machinery<\/p>\n

Destruction is remorseless
\nwe are being drawn into
\nA battle with the giants
\nAnd we can’t know what to do
\nThey have the flying whirlies
\nand guns and plant and trucks
\nAnd all we have are arrows
\nand hardly any bucks<\/p>\n

We are trying to raise money
\nBut the giants print it, we
\nHave as much chance against them
\nas trying to break free
\nFrom Guantanamo at present
\nwhich presents an awful case
\nIts hard to fathom out
\nwe both are of the human race.<\/p>\n

\nCompanies that maybe have run away
\nWho fail to see the nature of our forests
\nAnd instead pollute them so some people say
\nThe Arakaera Reserve and The Harakmbut
\nThey want the perpetrators to return
\nWe do not want corruption
\nWe believe simplicity brings are so much
\ncloser and we learn
\nWe do not seek to hurt a living being
\nBlack Gold for us pollutes our very soul
\nWe open our eyes that’s when we see the heavens
\nWhereas the rich oil barons see their role
\nAs captors of the whole worlds vast new energies
\nThat’s the business now that they are in
\nThey do not care for the indigenous they do not think we’re worthy
\nWhich is quite okay with us ,for we know they sin
\nDestruction is the keyword in their arsenal
\nThe forest, all that’s ours the birds that fly
\nThey see themselves with oil gushing just everywhere
\nAnd do not care a peso that we die.
\nWe have to fight with arrows that is all we have
\nAnd the media that’s out there who can hear
\nand beg you give us air time to explain now what is happening
