I thought along with S H A R K
\nit was inappropriate to take
\na group of kids from the YMCA
\nto rodeo and make
\nthem watch the quite mean
\ncalf roping
\na pastime to abhor
\nit clearly causes suffering
\nof that I too am sure<\/p>\n
to see them cut short
\nsome at speed
\nand tossed into the air
\n[pulled down and manhandled
\nalmost everywhere
\nclearly they are upset
\nyou can hear the babies cry
\nto my mind this is wrong
\nand even some alas may die
\nS H A R K thought this
\nwas cruel and wondered how the children
\nfelt
\nthe cards those animals got out there
\nwere unkind and were dealt
\na blow to their real safety
\nand the possibility
\nof injury and agony
\nhappening easily
\nThe YMCA refuted the suggestions
\nthat at a local level they thought they
\nwere at liberty to take them to the rodeo
\nand didn’t accept the comments anyway<\/p>\n
and this is where it all appears
\nsubjective
\nwhat is cruel and what is purely sport
\ncalf roping seemingly is very skilful
