How sad for your soul
\nand those souls who died
\nsurely they must have felt
\nso mystified

\nkilled many stray cats
\nhe just mowed them down
\nan “urban plague”
\nthis is life, mate and so
\nthere are lots of people too
\nas we all know
\nbut we don’t run around
\nwith a pick up do we
\nand kill off a few
\nwe let them be<\/p>\n
stray cats need help
\nit a human creation
\nwe had the pets
\nthen went on vacation
\nwe made the problem
\nit our problem not there’s
\nand we must be kind to them
\nanswer their prayers<\/p>\n
not accelerate and kill them or maim
\nthat behaviour of yours
\nis bound to inflame
\nits terrible judgement
\nand you should resign
\nI am sorry but you
\nput yourself on the line<\/p>\n
All those dead cats
\nrun over by you
\nbehind the wheel
\nof a puck up truck too
\nwhat chance would they have
\nwhat pain would they feel
\nsome would limp off and die
\nand just try and conceal<\/p>\n
their feelings my goodness
\nhow cruel are you too
\ntake on the strays
\nand do what you did do
\nas a Mayor you need heart
\nand clearly you show
\na different perspective
