I wonder long and hard just how
\nordinary people cope with war
\nThe oppressed must face
\noverwhelming force
\nWithin\u00a0 their 2 up 2 down whats more
\nDepleted Uranium
\nYes of course<\/p>\n
There’s little ordinary people
\nCan do but hide away
\nIn basements or in cupboards
\nAnd inevitably they pay
\nWith their bodies crushed
\nand broken tangled in the eaves
\nor discovered by the enemy
\ntroops and shot
\nif that achieves<\/p>\n
Dealing with a bully
\nas an ordinary soul
\nrequires degrees of courage
\nand a spirited control
\nSome develop this
\nbut not an awful lot
\nI’m very sure that some give up
\nand die there on the spot<\/p>\n
Forgotten in a stream
\nof fire and brimstone
\nA void where once a family lived and
\nprayed
\nBut now it feels unjust
\nFor they perished in the rubble
\nlike Rats lost in the dirt
\nAnd nobody remembers them or cares
\nif they got hurt<\/p>\n
They became collateral damage
\njust missing off some chart
\nborn to die, and be lifted
\nto be thrown onto some cart
\nTaken to some mass grave
\nand tossed in like rag dolls
\nThey were born to die
\nand now they lie
\nWith yet more souls<\/p>\n
Who would have lived
\nor maybe died
\nbut became statistics and relied
\nOn American’s being a dumbed down horde
\nand thus they felt the rusty sword
\nRegime change, evidence, devastation
\nfor the most ancient of nation<\/p>\n
Millions followed in the pits
\nall of them were blown to bits
\nCollateral damage and salvation
