Unthinking
\nNo that’s no excuse
\nunintellectual
\nNo that will not do
\nunimaginative
\nwell, possibly
\nthoughtless inattentive
\ninconsiderate
\nthey could be too<\/p>\n
they fit into a special box
\nwhere ignorance is rife
\nthese cruel unthinking traders
\nwhose casualness for life
\nnot there’s
\nbut others
\nlike that trusty Donkey
\nat their side
\nindifferent to its squalor
\nslovenly they hide<\/p>\n
their judgement clearly
\nshot away
\nand what of course we see
\nis the soul expected to carry
\nvast weights and regularly
\ndrivellers and dotards
\nunsound themselves in mind
\ntorturing that Donkey
\ndelusional, I find<\/p>\n
the soul will try its utmost
\nto carry what it can
\nbut the straw that broke
\nthe camels back
\nmeans the Donkeys back
\nbegan
\nas a very tough and powerful
\nsource
\nwhich could do most things well
\nbut this savageness this terror
\nthese infidels from Hell<\/p>\n
have broken him have torn his heart out
\nevery sinew taut
\nruptured on his last legs
\nwhen sympathy he sought
\nnot a chance in hell of that
\nexpletives near and far
\nsmacked and kicked and broken
\nthis is where we are<\/p>\n
this is what we do to them
\nthis is how we scar
\nthe innocent
\nthey care for us
\nultimately they pay
\nthe price and enter deaths door
