The corporate stranglehold
\nits like a vice grip on the poor
\nfarmers are taking hits
\nin fact its all out war
\nCorporate power is clearly passed its sell by date
\nand they
\nhave us where they want us
\nand all we do is pay
\npeople do get desperate,
\nnot knowing what to do
\nand a couple of Chinese farmers in Turlock
\ntook the view
\nall they could do was shut up shop
\nwhilst the batteries could stay
\nand 50,000 chickens could just starve
\nYes they could pay!<\/p>\n
with their sad lives,the farmers
\nunconscious of the fear
\ninsensitive of agony
\njust walked away
\nits clear
\nwhatever pressure comes upon one
\nlive earthlings are to be
\nlooked after not abandoned
\nand left to misery<\/p>\n
these vast vile sheds already
\nwere hell on earth its true
\nbut abandoning them with no food and no water
\nnobody should do
\nthe cages were just miniscule
\nthese poor souls could not stand
\nor even move a muscle
\neach one out on a strand<\/p>\n
lying in its excrement
\nand urine all the day
\nbeing burned by the ammonia
\nfor such torment they did pay
\nthe stench of death and squalor
\nwas acrid and so vile
\nno nose on earth is mean’t for this
\nhow can one reconcile?<\/p>\n
the awfulness that these birds
\ndid withstand for hours on end
\nbrutality depravity
\nthe message it did send
\nto any thinking person
\nwho must have smelled this pain
\noutside of this facility
\nrunning into the drain<\/p>\n
many birds just gave up
\nto be pecked to death by those
\nhungrier than hungry
\nwhere the competition grows
\nstarving, hens and maggots
\nfighting for their food
\nthis sort of competition
\nis just terror, its just crude<\/p>\n
and when they pulled the switch
\nand left them to their own resource
\nthe agony the torment
\nwell it was just of course
\nbeyond the pale completely
\nunflinchingly they went
\nleft these poor unfortunates
\nto starve to death
\njust bent<\/p>\n
on getting out and leaving
\ntheir problems all behind
\nthis degree of cruelty
\nwould be very hard to find
\na worse case if one thinks about
\nthe implications here
\nno water and no food at all
\nimprisoned in such fear<\/p>\n
it can not be imagined
\nthis hell hole strips the heart
\nout of any thinking person
\neven taking part
\nin rescuing these poor souls
\nfrom what is certain death
\nleft them fretting day and night
\nand fighting for each breath<\/p>\n
and possibly in all the stench
\nno water and no food
\nin essence this is gruesome
\nto the point that they exude
\nblood and snot and shit
\nand have to eat it, to survive
\nimagine that fighting off the maggots
\neach alive<\/p>\n
each struggling to win over what
\ndead flesh they could get
\nin a tiny rusty cage
\nby that time bloody wet
\nwith diarrhoea and with
\ngod knows what else just dire contamination
\nI mean we cannot begin to think
\nabout such tribulation<\/p>\n
by this time the body would shut down
\nand be in survival mode
\nI can’t believe that anyone
\nwould just go down this road
\nthere are no reasons on this earth
\nto do this
\nsentient beings have such feelings,they
\nmust have felt so let down as
\ntheir world just fell apart
\nand nobody around to save the day<\/p>\n
clearly there was never a justification
\nit was murder,of everyone of these poor souls
\n50,000 of them left to starve to death
\nand the authorities outside had no controls
\nthe environment outside the plant
\nmust have given away
\nthe infernal fire that burned inside this shed
\nretribution it has not come rapidly
\nwhen nearly all of them have wound up dead<\/p>\n
they suffered egregious pain and torture
\nno doubt intoxicated by the pain of Hell
\nto sit inside a wire box and not get food or water
\nfor over two whole weeks in all that smell
\nof anyone who reads this knows the reality
\nwill kill these birds, sooner than one thinks
\nthe suffering is immense
\neverywhere is tense
\nand honestly it really makes no sense<\/p>\n
the death cloud hangs and droops over the area
\nCalifornia’s abundance clearly lost
\npeople just slip through the net, and straight into
\na place of debt
\nand obviously this can be
\nat quite some cost
\nthe authorities euthanized nearly all of them
\nthousands gassed in boxes under stress
\nwhat an end to a life so dire and miserable
\n4000 or so were rescued, their redress<\/p>\n
a sanctuary and good homes for the most part
\nbut all those poor unfortunates who died
\nthere is no coming back of course
\nbut really this ordeal
\nwas brought about by greed and what’s at source
\nthe owners are to be soon prosecuted
\nthe terror they created is to be
\ninvetigated but I am quite confident
\nthat as the corporates grow then we shall see<\/p>\n
more and more souls taken to the cleaners
\nlost all of them in the pits of slime
\nwhilst the corporates clean up on the earthlings misery
\nand all without a lengthy prison time
\n4000 or so were saved the stronger one’s
\nthe survivors went to sanctuaries and they
\nwould live life, as they could never have expected
\nmost of them couldn’t walk, how they did pay<\/p>\n
for the life they had cramped into such small cages
\nthese are birds with wings and hearts and souls
\nthese are birds with feeling and what is this revealing
\nthose human beings truly were sick trolls
\nthe public though are buying into all of this
\nthe corporate systems providing eggs and meat
\nthis is what is happening to the food trade
\nthe animals are tortured to compete<\/p>\n
with the power house and the corporates on prices
\nthe animals are commodities, and they
\nare tortured in these bloody concentration camps
\nso each segment makes its mark up, its the way
\nwelfare of the birds is not an issue
\nits money, its the margin that’s the thing
\neveryone wants something now for nothing
\nin essence this is what it all does bring<\/p>\n
to the table to the pristine supermarket trays
\nthese vile dark goings on that no one sees
\nno one cares its all about cheap prices
\nas long as the corporate balance sheet does please
\nthe bankers and the share holders and supermarkets moguls
\nthey now run the world and call the shots
\nthe animals we eat, well they are only meat!
\nthe poor farm workers oh yes there are lots<\/p>\n
but they have very little, they are suffering
\nbasically they are slaves with little pay
\nunless you are a CEO or a banker in the city
\nreally you are washed up anyway
\n50,000 chickens a catastrophe
\nbut everywhere one looks
\nout for there we know
\nconcentration camps owned by great monsters
\nare killing off our spirits
\nit is so<\/p>\n
more powerful by the minute
\nswallowing down the private farms
\nall the markets and little shops
\nthey know
\nthe writings on the wall
\nthe planets reeling
\nhuge great lakes of poo and chemical waste
\nradio active, pesticides and evil
\nthis is something now that must be faced<\/p>\n
fracking of our land again the corporates
\nhave stitched the ordinary land owner
\nup and they
\nrealise the corporates
\nand their new world order people
\nhave taken stock
