Calves are gentle
\nalmost noble creatures
\na tenderness beyond that
\nclearly features
\nas something far beyond man’s
\nsensitivity
\nbut their reward is Death
\nbut why does it have to be?<\/p>\n
they were born to live
\nand become worthwhile
\nungulates selected
\nthough to be
\nmilk machines
\nand flesh machines
\ntheir skin
\nto be our shoes and boots
\nand sofa’s and our fashion
\ntrousers
\ncows and calves
\nthe poor souls
\ncannot win
\none minute we are patting them
\nthe next they are on our plate
\nchomping on their backsides
\nthey have made the date
\nwith death
\nwith violent torture
\nwith every kind of sin
\nthat we can exact upon their
\ngentle souls
\nits is all spin<\/p>\n
the calf take it from me
\nthey get no chance at all
\nvictims of rape
\nof kidnap of murder
\nHell is their only call
\nthey look at us with doleful eyes
