\nImagine it, what wrong had she done, well
\nNone of course thus far<\/p>\n

\nWas being born, an Iraqi in a town
\nwest of Baghdad
\nYour parents killed
\nand you are overwhelmingly so sad<\/p>\n
They had been blown to smithereens Such torture and despair
\nYou were just a simple girl
\nWho had been living there
\nInside this ancient country
\nThe promise it was yours
\nAnd that the West invaded
\nShock and awe, and scores<\/p>\n
Were playing out before you
\nShells and Bombs and guns
\nParents,Sisters, Brothers
\nDaughters even\u00a0 sons
\nWere tangled in the ruins
\nOf homes about your town
\nAnd still the bombs and shells

The market place was busy
\nYour dear parents did share
\nThey were blown to peices

And you, found your mother’s remains
\nLike a broken puppet she
\nWas limp and lifeless
\ndrained of blood
\nShe just stared vacantly
\nUp into the heavens, her last look at
\nthe sky
\nFather had been by her side
\nBut was gone which is now why<\/p>\n
She came back, to be at the very place
\nThat she found her, mama
\nTo say a few words to her
\nTo let her know a star
\nWas ready to be born,a little babe
\nWas on its way
\nA new life, a new vision
\nA fresh start a new day<\/p>\n
The hospital it beckoned
\nWhite sheets filled her eyes
\nThe lass though tired and weary
\nLooked up to the skies
\nShe feels the baby leaving her
\nShe hears the babies cries
\nLooking down she see’s him
\nA sweet sight for her eyes<\/p>\n
Six fingers on each hand
\nA sort of, elongated head
\nShe hopes that he is beautiful
\nBut alas she hears ,he’s dead
\nHer baby was a monster
\nIts organs shot away
\nIt lived for a few minutes
\nBefore it passed away<\/p>\n
Depleted Uranium its dust
\nis everywhere
\nNobody can see it
\nNo one knows its there
\nSo many babies dying
\nSo many defects they
\nHave been left a vicious
\nFuture, care of the USA<\/p>\n
A mother sees no reason
\nFor the carnage and the war
\nA mother pleads in ignorance

\nshould be
\nExamined by the Doctors
\nwith tumultuous, pity<\/p>\n

\nTo die a long slow death
\nand we must grieve
\nShe hangs her head such solace
\nHaving cried, until
\nShe’s dry,
\nand not another tear
