\nfor profit for shareholders
\nits really how they feed
\ninto the whole scenario
\nand of course these souls

\nanimals most every day
\nits no longer the treat
\nit was say 50 years ago
\nbefore the super stores
\nhit the high streets
\nto the trumpet sounds
\namd the applause<\/p>\n
its quite a revolution
\nthe small shops were closed down
\nthe hyper super market stores
\ntook over the town
\nlike dinosaurs that gobbled
\nup all the smaller feed
\nand crippled all the others
\nand left them just to bleed<\/p>\n
farmers they were next in line
\ncrippled by out grades
\ncrippled by the prices
\nthe corporates crushed their trade
\ninjecting their vast profits
\ninto buildings, they
\ncrippled farmers, shop keepers
\nmore fell by the day<\/p>\n
and so in came the concentrated
\nanimal farming operatives
\ncorporates heartless sods
\ntheir CEO’s robotic creeps
\nwho believed that they were gods
\nmaking commodities of animals
\nand staff who worked there too
\nfarmers lost their markets
\npower corrupts the soul
\nthe supermarkets dealt the cards
\nand on the high street took control<\/p>\n
its went from bad to terrible
\nas more farmers hit the wall
\ncooperatives are struggling
\nthe voiceless one and all
\nare suffering as the corporates
\nconsumed by all their power
\nethics on the back burner
\nin the shadows cower<\/p>\n
so many, of the public
\nhaven’t got a clue
\nthey swallow advertising
\nlike all of it, is true
\nand now coles in the land of Oz
\ncomes out on the souls
\nthe animals the voiceless ones
\nsubjected to controls<\/p>\n
subjected to the cruelty
\nthat those corporates created
\nreally all the CEO’s
\nought to be sedated
\n farmers have gone to the wall
\nthe corner shops have too
\nall now passed their sell by date
\nthere’s very very few<\/p>\n
left, to sweep the crumbs up
\nand Coles jumps up and down
\ntells their customers what is happening
\nin CAFO’s earthlings drown <\/p>\n
Gestation crates and Batteries
\ndesigned to make the dosh
\nand now they come out and admit
\nsome of it was green wash<\/p>\n
of course it puts the backs up
\nstanding in two camps
\nhaving made the margins
\nheralding the champs<\/p>\n
CAFO’s they are evil
\nits just they have such power
\nthat even the big supermarkets
\nget into a row<\/p>\n
with them for they are massive
\ntheir power is ultimate too
\nnow they hold the market share
\nthere’s little we can do<\/p>\n
but compliment the dinosaurs
\nfor jumping on the backs
\nof other dinosaurs it seems
\nhelping those attacks
\naiming at the jugular
\nbut really making do
\nwith nibbling the buttocks
