\nthe price
\nthat elephant parents do invest
\nand try to be<\/p>\n
giving them such knowledge
\nexplaining so much and
\npreparing them for dealing
\nwith the massive human band<\/p>\n
the babies they are caged
\nand beaten hell knows no fury, they
\nrealise the agony
\nis coming now each day<\/p>\n
all the woeful torture
\nevery conceivable way
\nof hurting and of making
\nthe little ele pay<\/p>\n
only when the will is gone
\nand submissive they become
\nwill they be left to
\nrecover
\nand by that time they are numb<\/p>\n
to what has gone before them
\ntheir future in their heart
\nnow broken like some ragged doll
\nand tossed onto some cart<\/p>\n
the ele won’t forget though
\nand they will pine away
\nhopeful that they get the chance
\nof freedom too one day <\/p>\n
but of course it never happens
\nin Thailand your a slave
\nno matter what’s locked in your thoughts
\nto them you are a knave<\/p>\n
you will be worked to death
\nfor sure
\nfreedom no not you
\nyou have been broken
\nyes they have spoken
