Dog fighting
\nit is growing on a massive scale
\nand those who get involved in it
\nare on a downward trail
\nto stardom in a rotten world
\nit kind of helps them sail
\ninto an iniquity
\na sort of holy grail<\/p>\n
where ruffians and hoodlums
\ncome
\nto steal the thunder there
\nseeing pitbulls slide into
\nillusionary despair
\nblood and guts and snot and pain
\nwhich is where they want to be
\nwe should euthanize the trainers
\nwho incite this malady<\/p>\n
watch them closely if you dare
\nas their taken to despair
\npulling out what little hair
\nclearly they don’t bloody care
\nflailing sinew
\nmassive molars
\ntearing into gaping
\nflesh
\nblood is spattered
\nsouls are shattered
\nall the wounds of course
\nand fresh<\/p>\n
scarred and bruised
\nand bleeding
\nlife receding fast
\nuntil the bite that killed her
\nwas a heinous blast
\na catastrophic leap of faith
\ncrushing jaws and she
\nmy beauty she was finished
\nin the spotlights
\nshe was free<\/p>\n
reaction of on lookers
\nwas one of sin and woe
\nsome had lost a fortune
\nsome we didn’t know
\ndrugged up to the eyeballs
\nin that basement ring
\nwhere devils worship nightly
\nand to this sport they bring<\/p>\n
a vile disturbing banter
\nand dark aggressive side
\ndecay is all around us
\nit cannot be denied
\nthe violence of that moment
\nwhen two dogs clash and fight
\nwhen throats are ripped a’sunder
\nin what was one huge bite<\/p>\n
the police must come and stop this
\nthe law must see and end
\nto what is surely awful
\nthe message it can send
\nof 2 dogs fighting to the death
\nwith blood just every where
\nand men some loved by women
\nreaching into such despair<\/p>\n
sinking into what can only be described
\nas hell
\nmaking pit bulls
\ndo this
