When you wear your skin
\nthe skin you were born in
\nhow you have lived
\nis how it will look
\nif you like fry up’s
\nand loads of fat
\nbacon
\nmaybe you’ll look
\na little forsaken
\nbut that gives you no rights
\nno rights at all
\nto borrow some animals
\nfur, off some wall<\/p>\n
Your skin protects all
\nyour innards and so
\nthe fur coat you’re wearing
\nif you don’t know
\nwas given by whoever
\nhas created you
\nto some darling animals
\ntill they did screw
\nits head off and kicked it
\nand stripped it alive
\nwhen it cried on some hook
\nand it never survived<\/p>\n
tears ran down its face
\nits eyes bulged like mad
\nits lips cracked
\nits innards were terribly sad
\nit bellowed and shuddered
\nand bled out until
\nit died when its juices
\nsadly did spill<\/p>\n
when you wear your own skin
\nthe one you were born in
\nwrinkles and pimples
\nand black heads galore
\nthey were of your making
\nno one’s piss taking
\nbut wearing a fur
\nwell darling I’m sure<\/p>\n
its murder and you were
\na big bloody part of it
\nyou bought the coat
\nand its cost many lives
\nit was evil and agony
\nfor the recipients
\nand none of them actually
\never survives<\/p>\n
so their babies in dens
\nall over the place
\ndied too
\nI know its a horrid disgrace
\nthe skin you were born in
\nwas your skin and you
\nshould have been satisfied
