Some bright spark had this great idea
\nthirty years ago or so
\na Natural Outdoor Laboratory
\non an archipelago
\nand they chose a island
\noff the beaten track
\nnobody knew
\nand set up their station there
\ncaretaker and crew<\/p>\n
Originally Morgan Island
\nbut taken over by
\nthe various research facilities
\nand the monkeys
\nyou may sigh
\nbut it seemed a very good idea
\n30 years ago
\nbut now some 4000 monkeys
\nlive there
\nand some locals now know<\/p>\n
for years it was a mystery
\nnot many people knew
\nvery very secret
\nonly very few
\npeople had even seen it
\nor found the island, they
\nof course were absolutely gob smacked
\nif their boat did stray<\/p>\n
close to this strange island
\nfor then the monkeys came
\nthinking they were being fed
\ngangs of them and untame
\nall screeching like banshees
\na frightening prospect too
\nanyone who thought they might
\nvisit there and view<\/p>\n
these monkeys came originally
\nfrom India
\nand increase their numbers
\nby 700 or so a year
\nthey live amongst the Cypress trees
\nand skirt along the beach
\nthere’s swamp land and some high ground
\nand so seem out of reach<\/p>\n
when ever they are fed by Alpha Genesis
\nthe company
\nthat seems to run whatever
\nwith the government agency
\nthe monkeys have all been tattooed
\nand all of them will die
\nimpregnated with some disease
\nthe chances there are high<\/p>\n
and all the secret work that
\nvarious laboratories do do
\nit tends to be on these monkeys
\nwho live in the bayou
\nand they are shipped all over
\nand used and abused abroad
\nthe came from Monkey Island
\nbut they perish by the sword<\/p>\n
and its anything to do with
\nBio warfare or very nasty diseases
\nit appears
\nclearly some of the vilest experimentation
\nis carried out on these
\nwhich heighten’s dears<\/p>\n
some it seems escaped and left the island
\ninfected with the virus Herpes B
\nit doesn’t harm the monkeys
\nbut in humans 80% is fatal tragically
\nI am not sure what happened
\nclearly secrecy
\nseems to be the order of the day
\nlocals seems to know the place
\nbut no one really shows their face
\nits more of a myth than reality some say<\/p>\n
but clearly its a orchestrated regimen
\nfor Estuarine research away from eyes
\nthey clearly deal with sensitive material
\nand these poor souls well every soon dies
\nof goodness knows what awful sick disease
\naround
\ngerms and vile synthetics to the fore
\nthey really do go through the evil mangle
\nand come out like they never were before<\/p>\n
Monkey Island yes there is an island
\npacked with Rhesus Monkeys
\nall tattoo’ed
\nand they all are used,
\nmany of course abused
\nfrom a ever growing wilder brood
\nbut really what is happening is top secret
\nAmerica who knows, but those who share
\nthe waterways around that place
\nshould think about it all
\nfor who knows really what is in that air<\/p>\n
The cruelty is clearly marked and obvious
\nexcept those monkeys live out in the wild
\nand only get to go in various cages
\nwhen their tattoo’d number has been dialled
\nbasically then that is their death warrant
\nsigned right there for collection, and then they
\nwill undergo all sorts of tests
\nand then of course will go
\neventually to the Rainbow Bridge
\nand play
\ntheir new lives out in the great wild
\ncelestial jungle
\nwhere all these experimented upon souls go
\ncut to ribbons brains cut up in slices
