Easter gives us bunnies
\nand little fluffy chicks
\nthe bunnies have been tortured
\nthe chicks were knocked for six
\neither gassed or macerated
\ngreat teeth cutting through
\nmillion of tiny babies
\nand there’s nothing I could do<\/p>\n
chirping very happily
\nriding down the chute
\nlittle wings a flapping
\nlaughter at their root
\npushed into the great steel teeth
\nfor them its just sad news
\ncrushed into a pulp in seconds
\ntorn by great steel screws<\/p>\n
a real vlle form of torture
\napproved by some Gov’t mob
\nto my mind such a waste of life
\npiles of them they lob<\/p>\n
into certain agony
\nfor a second or two
\nwhilst each of them is crushed to bits
\ndancing as they do<\/p>\n
Easter uses little chicks
\noften on TV
\nbut after seeing all this loss of life
\nwhere can I be<\/p>\n
but thinking just how heartless
\nthe egg trade is and why
\nthey waste so much of creation
\nand nobody does cry<\/p>\n
working in that factory
\na demoralizing place
\nwhere death and vile destruction
\nis over every face<\/p>\n
but still they have to do it
\nthey get paid and they seem
\nto turn a million little chicks
