Montana sees the anti wolf
\nbrigade about to try
\nand get the wolves de listed
\nso that large numbers will die<\/p>\n
Montana has a chilling number
\nof interests other than
\nwild life
\nreally wild life
\nwill just go down the pan<\/p>\n
we have to fight their corner
\nwe have to stand our ground
\nwhen wolf objectors get together
\nthey make quite a sound<\/p>\n
and we must not, be complacent
\nwild life has to stay
\nwe cannot lose these precious souls
\nand we must not let them pay<\/p>\n
the legislation drawn up by them
\nreally is unfair
\nits evil and its tragic
\nand laced with pure despair<\/p>\n
allowing traps and nasty snares
\nhunting for 10 months a year
\nthat’s when they are pregnant
\nand when the cubs appear<\/p>\n
luring wolves out into traps
\nand using their bodies to
\nlure members of the same pack
\nis not the thing to do<\/p>\n
but its written into law
\nin fact
\nits cruel and its badly put
\nits unethical behaviour
\nby at least a thousand foot<\/p>\n
we must not let them get the upper hand
\nwe have to be
\nworking hard to save our wolves

Montana will be the worse off
\nif the wolves are lost for sure
\nthey must be left to walk in peace

though its clear the cattle people

\nare after getting rid of wolves
