\nAnd ribwort
\nThe leaves are high in vitamin k

Make a poultice with the leaves
\nIt will cure the sting
\nOf wasp and bees and nettles
\nAnd rapidly will bring
\nHealing into focus
\nThe dried buds also can
\nBe crushed and taste like mushrooms
\nAdded to a pan<\/p>\n
In awelfa\u2019s apron wild plants
\nCome and go
\nA word of warning to anyone on warfarin
\nPlease know
\nHigh vitamin K though may affect
\nThe blood thinning and so
\nUse it as a spit bandage
\nBut eating it just know
\nIt can affect the bleeding
\nAnd counteract the meds
