The arrogance of ignorant man
\nGardeners of sort
\nWho just deem to imagine
\nHow growing things needs thought
\nGroups of various edibles
\nSome operating well
\nWith companion planting
\nNot something people sell<\/p>\n
Asparagus loves Parsley
\nAnd basil seems to be
\nHelpful but for certain
\nOnions dreadfully
\nAnd of course potatoes
\nAre aliens in fact
\nPlanted with asparagus
\nDetrimentally react<\/p>\n
like most human beings
\nSome we don\u2019t get along
\nIt\u2019s the same of course
\nAmongst the flowers
\nDifferences belong
\nGrowing them together
\nDetrimentally
\nCan punish us for our arrogance
\nInterestingly<\/p>\n
Take Beans
\nThat some call pulses
\nApparently love Beets
\nBorage, carrots cauliflower
\nAnd cabbage somehow greets
\nCucumbers and tomatoes
\nBut never should one grow
\nChives fennel or garlic
\nSo Now we are in the know<\/p>\n
Rue and sage are no no\u2019s
\nWith cucumbers it seems.
\nParsnips and potatoes
\nFor celery bad dreams
\nAll round it seems
\nImagine it
\nBroad beans hate fennel so
\nDill Rosemary and radish
\nCarrots will forclose
\nOn having them around about
\nJust shows you other plants
\nHave the power to upset
