\nAppeared in a book
\nFor a lady who once danced
\nTo classical music
\nAnd her steps they enhanced
\nEach dignified performance
\nSkillful was her gait
\nNow older she
\nLives peacefully
\nMoves slowly to create
\nAn open fire
\nOf logs and coal
\nA chimney at a height
\nOn wintry nights she reminisces
\nAnd enjoys the wintry light
\nAnd in Spring wild souls did visit
\nA scourge apparently
\nEach visitation flight
\nDown the chimneys opposing forces
\nAsh and soot and the resources
\nNesting in the trees away
\nComing to her cottage grey
\nThriving and flourishing was their need
\nWith diligence really they succeed
\nInto her room where her discipline
\nFlapping wings all in a spin
\nHer willingness to let them free
\nThey acquiesce as if to be
\nNot restrained in any wsy
\nInhibited little.so to say
\nTreating them with real accord
\nTo tolerate and so reward
\nTheir cool beeseeching attitude
